Leeds Law School, is the law school of Leeds Beckett University, located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Leeds Law School is one of the two brands within the (Faculty of Business & Law ) – the other brand is Leeds Business School. Leeds is the UK's largest centre for business, legal, and financial services outside London, and according to the most recent Office for National Statistics estimates, Leeds is the fastest growing city in the UK. Undergraduate courses include LLB (Hons) Law and BA (Hons) Law with Criminology. == Profile == Leeds Law school students are constantly brought into contact with top professionals from the legal world. The staff have significant professional expertise from their experience of working as solicitors or barristers. Their Mentoring Scheme has over 100 professional mentors and encourages postgraduate law students to link with a professional mentor. There is also an external speaker programme, examples of some upcoming lectures this academic year include professionals from; DWF Solicitors, Bolder Solutions, Clarion Solicitors, Norton Rose LLP, the Crown Prosecution Service, Eversheds LLP and Grant Thornton UK LLP, four of which are in the top 200 UK Law Firms.
